OUR PROCESS

Bubbly Bartending provides professional bartending services for any event! While we do specialize in crafting specialty alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, no matter the event we will ensure your gathering is one to remember!

First, we are going to connect with our inquiring client & gather necessary information pertaining to event with our brochure.



After brochure selections are made,  we will have a general idea of needs. A custom proposal is built.
No need to worry if all specific details are not in place yet. We are able to accommodate for changes with a new agreement as close to event date as two weeks prior!
Upon, completing proposal with contract sign & 50% deposit, we staff your event. 
An important file is sent following staffing that will contain a recommendation cheat sheet, call scheduler & a week of detail form.
No action is needed aside from scheduling your call within a month of your event date.
Now you get to RELAX : )
At time of call, I will go over all prior details and align with changes and or recommendations. Speaking of recommendations, this is when we create a custom shopping list for you.
Any alcohol purchases from Fine Wine & Good Spirits within a window of two weeks ( 14 days ) is returnable for refunds! 
The Week of Detail file is due the 3 days prior to event and after shopping has been complete. This file helps us to catch any missing details as well as reiterate inclusions. 
Day of event, bartenders will arrive within a 1.5-2 hour window of event. We discreetly set bar area by icing materials, chopping garnishes, setting up any display or signage. 
Timeline is then followed.
At the end of event, we will clean bar area and sort your open materials separate from unopened for easier transport and return.
