Lead Bartender
$250.00

The Lead Professional Bartender is responsible for providing organized, professional bar service during your event. This role is ideal for events with a simple bar setup or where additional supplies are provided by the host or venue.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Arriving early to review bar layout and event flow

• Managing bar setup and breakdown using client- or venue-provided equipment

• Preparing and serving mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages

• Serving alcohol provided by the host, where permitted

• Monitoring service flow to ensure efficient guest experience

• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area throughout service

• Coordinating with hosts and other vendors as needed during the event

Professional Bartenders with equipment
$300.00 +

  • RAMP Certified & professionally trained bartender(S).

  • Complete setup to teardown with sorting of materials. 

  • Liquor + General Liability Coverage ( $2 million match aggregate) as well as Worker's Compensation coverage. 

    • Certificate of insurance or COI with additional insured provided to venue / premise

  • Stocked Napkin caddy which includes napkins and stirrers, wine & bottle opener, cooler, 5 black ice bins, pour spouts, cutting board, knife, ice scoops, bar towels & tastefully displayed tip jar

  • Professional bartenders with equipment package.

Recommendation + Call scheduler

A comprehensive file with a recommendation cheat sheet + call scheduler will be sent after contract sign. Keep these valuable recommendation tips in mind!  You'll want to  schedule a call within a month of your event date. 

Proposal

Once we have a general understanding of your needs, we’ll create a custom proposal for you. Don’t worry if not all details are finalized; we can accommodate changes as close as two weeks before your event! 

Online Calculator + Final Call

Prior to call don't forget to head to our client portal link to utilize our online calculator! During the call, we will go over all shopping list needs and necessary updates will be made to final invoice.

Contract sign + Deposit

After you sign the proposal and pay a 50% deposit, we’ll handle staffing your event !   

 

Event Day!

As for the day of your event, our trained staff will arrive with ample setup time (2 hours) and create a well organized bar scape. We pride ourselves on being able to remedy any unforeseen timeline shifts seamlessly while engaging with our guests in a friendly manner throughout event. 

Prior to leaving, we will be sure to sort your open from unopened materials for an easier return!
